  Hatha Yoga

Hatha is a system of yoga that prepares the body for the spiritual path through physical and breathing exercises, and also asceticism. It is an integrated system of education for the mind, body and soul. The course will entail the gradual learning of asana (posture) sequences. Basic pranayama (breathing techniques) will also be taught which cleanse and strengthen the physical body and relax the mind. We will refine the basic standing and seated postures to increase length and flexibility and move on to some slightly more advanced poses.

The price of £75 is for the three month season (12 sessions).

You are also welcome to come at any time. One session fee is £7 and is payable at the door.
